The wastewaterÂ produced contains extremely high levels of heavy metals such as trivalent chromium, nickel, and others, and the TDS can exceed 200000 ppm. Pollution is extremely hazardous. Heavy metals must be removed from wastewater before it can be discharged or reused. The Owner requires that such heavy metal wastewater generated in excess of 2 tons of production be treated every day. Because heavy metals are nonvolatile, distilled water obtained through the low-temperature vacuum evaporation principle can theoretically remove all heavy metals and salt-containing substances.

Technical introduction

The heat pump vacuum evaporator, operating at 35-40 Â° C, can significantly reduce the COD of distillate and a small amount of discharged concentrate. The technology is low maintenance cost, automated.

The vacuum evaporator can effectively and simply treat wastewaterÂ without using reagents. They are very effective even when traditional technologies are not feasible. With the vacuum heat pump evaporator, the wastewater is converted into two streams: one is highly concentrated, and the other is high-quality water (up to the discharge standard). The evaporator works under vacuum conditions to reduce the boiling temperature of wastewaterÂ and reduce energy consumption.
